What is built, and what is coming.
This page moves. Things that were on it last spring are in the app now, and things get added as testers ask for them. No dates, because I would rather ship it right than ship it when a webpage said I would.
In the app right now
These were on this page not long ago. They are in the current build, and every one of them has a page under Features.
Crew seats and permissions
Seats, four roles, email invites, a per-role permission grid, and subs restricted to specific customers.
Crew time clock
GPS clock in and out, breaks, kiosk mode, approvals, an audit trail, overtime, pay periods, and expected pay.
Scheduling and crew assignment
Four calendar views, event types and statuses, required skills, and conflict detection when somebody is double-booked.
Deposits and receipts
Deposit requests, partial payments, a full ledger, refunds and cancellations, and receipts that show their arithmetic.
Job time tracking
Start and stop against a job, with Work and Talk counted separately and a Quick Settings tile to switch between them.
Demo mode and the guided tour
A fully seeded demo company you can explore without an account, plus a three-minute walk through the essentials.
Encrypted backup and restore
Daily backups with a recovery key you write down, restore onto a fresh phone, and recovery from a bad update.
Document revisions
Re-price a sent estimate without destroying the copy the customer already has.

A teaching guide covering every feature in the app, section by section. Seven are live, covering the path a new user actually walks. The rest are being written.
Hardening and bug fixes
Edge cases, validation, and everything testers turn up once the app is on real jobs that are not mine.
Mileage tracker
The rate field is already in Rates. What is missing is the trip itself: start it, link it to a customer and job, and let it work out the deduction.
The money side
The app tracks what a job costs. These turn that into what the business made.
Expense and deduction tracking
Business expenses by category with receipts attached, recurring entries, and business-use percentages.
Financial dashboard
Income, expenses, deductions, estimated taxes, and net profit in one place, on a cash or accrual basis.
Job profitability
Revenue against actual costs per job, with labor, materials, and overhead broken out. Which jobs made money and which did not.
CPA-ready exports
A financial summary packet with profit and loss, deductions, mileage, and a receipt index. Hand it over and be done.
Receipt scanning
Photograph a receipt and let the app pull out vendor, date, totals, and line items. Review, assign to a job, save.
Sharing certification documents
Send a license or certificate straight to a customer or a GC from the app, instead of digging out a photo of it.
Bigger pieces
Real intentions rather than promises. These are further out because they are large, and some depend on what testers actually ask for.
Desktop admin hub
Managing the business from a full-size screen. Scope authoring, approvals, finances, and crew, on the same data.
MeasureWright blueprint takeoffs
Upload a PDF plan, set the scale, and measure linear feet, square footage, and counts off the drawing. A companion tool, sold separately, that feeds into BuiltWright.
Barcode scanning
Scan a UPC in the aisle to create or update a material, and scan at purchase time to fill in the line.
Recurring service work
Routes, recurring schedules, and frequency-based pricing for trades where the same address comes back every month.
More measurement types
Square footage for roofing and siding, volume for concrete, and whatever else testers turn out to need measured.

BuiltWright is Android first. iOS follows once Android is stable and there is enough demand to justify it.

Improvements to the app you bought are free. Always.
When a new feature lands in BuiltWright, it goes to everyone who owns a seat. No premium tier, no feature unlock, no second charge for something you already paid for. Companion tools like MeasureWright are separate products with their own price, but nothing you already own ever moves behind a new one.
