When a document is ready, tap send and BuiltWright delivers it by email with the PDF attached. Emails use customizable templates so your message looks professional and consistent every time. Delivery happens in the background so you can keep working while it sends. If you are offline, it queues and sends automatically when you are back on a connection.

Everything you sent, in one place

The document outbox is a central log of every document you have generated and sent. Filter by document type, customer, or job. See when each document was created, when it was sent, and how it was delivered. If you need to resend something or pull up a copy for your records, it is all right there. No searching through your email sent folder.

Every document you generate can be shared through Android's native share menu. That means you can send a PDF estimate through text message, WhatsApp, Google Drive, Dropbox, or any other app that accepts file sharing. Some customers prefer a text. Some want it in a shared folder. BuiltWright does not force you into one delivery method.
