Feature deep dive
Customization and Branding
Make BuiltWright look and feel like yours. Choose a color theme, set up your business branding, arrange your dashboard the way you work, and configure your rates. Every document you generate carries your identity automatically.
Color themes
Eight themes. Light and dark. Pick what fits.
BuiltWright ships with eight professionally designed color themes, each with full light and dark mode support. That is 16 visual options out of the box. Themes are not just accent color swaps. Each one has its own coordinated palette across every screen, card, button, and navigation element in the app.
Dashboard layout
Your home screen, arranged your way
The home dashboard is made up of tiles that you can show, hide, and rearrange based on how you work. If you check your jobs list first thing every morning, put it at the top. If you rarely use certifications, hide it. The navigation bar at the bottom can also be customized with shortcuts to the screens you use most. The app adapts to you instead of the other way around.
- Show, hide, and reorder dashboard tiles
- Customizable bottom navigation bar shortcuts
- Adapts to your workflow, not the other way around
Business branding
Set it once. It shows up everywhere.
Enter your business name, upload your logo, and fill in your address, phone, and email. BuiltWright uses this information automatically on every estimate, invoice, change order, and receipt you generate. Your documents look like they came from an established business, not a generic template. Update your info once and it applies to every future document without touching anything else.
- Business name, logo, address, phone, and email
- Automatically applied to every document you generate
- Update once, applies everywhere going forward
Rate configuration
Your rates, your markup, your tax. Dialed in.
Set your default labor rate, markup percentage, and sales tax rate in one place. These defaults flow into every new estimate and job so you are not entering the same numbers over and over. Override them per job or per line item when you need to. The system is flexible enough to handle different rates for different types of work while keeping your defaults consistent.
- Default labor rate, markup percentage, and tax rate
- Defaults flow into every new estimate and job
- Override per job or per line item when needed
- Consistent pricing without repeated data entry
