Estimates and Change Orders
Build line-item estimates with labor, materials, markup, and tax all figured for you. Once you send it, the estimate locks so nobody can quietly change the numbers after the fact. When the customer wants more work, you write a numbered change order against the job and the original bid stays exactly as approved. That puts an end to arguing over what the estimate actually said.
Invoicing, Deposits, and Payments
Your invoices bill from the work you actually finished and the real costs you paid, not the guesses in the estimate. Deposits get requested, tracked, and spent down against the job with every movement on a ledger. And the receipt shows the customer its arithmetic instead of just a number.

I built this for job sites with no signal, so every feature works with the phone in airplane mode. Anything you change waits on the device and syncs on its own once you are back in range. And when sync cannot get through, it tells you what is stuck and why in plain English.
Materials and Inventory
Keep a catalog of what you reach for on every job, with your costs, your markup, and the stores you buy from. Point the camera at a shelf tag and it fills in the entry. And a six-door job stops listing the same trim stick six times, because the shopping list adds it up and rounds to whole sticks.
Professional Documents
Estimates, invoices, change orders, and receipts all come out as clean branded PDFs with your logo, your business info, and automatic numbering. Email them straight from the app or share them through whatever else you keep on your phone.
Secure by Design
The database on your phone is encrypted, and on the server every table is walled off so one account's records can never reach another's. Encrypted backups run daily with a recovery key you write down. A dead phone should cost you a phone, not four years of job records.
Your Crew
Schedule them, assign them by the skills a job needs, and let them clock in and out with a location attached. Seats belong to your business rather than to a person, so when somebody moves on the seat stays and the next hire uses it. No monthly charge per head, ever.
