App data is local by default

Your customers, jobs, materials, photos, invoices, mileage, and finances are stored on your device. The app works fully without internet. Nothing leaves your phone unless you tell it to.

When sync is enabled

If you choose to enable sync, we process your data to keep devices up to date and to deliver updates. We use reputable infrastructure providers with encryption in transit and row-level database security.

Website and support

Our website may use basic analytics for performance and security. If you email us at builtwrightapp@gmail.com, we keep that message to respond and improve support. That is it.

You are in control.

Sync is optional

Keep the app fully offline or enable sync when you want. You can turn it off at any time. The app never syncs without your explicit action.

Export and backups

You can export your records for your own backups and accounting at any time. Your data belongs to you and you can take it with you.

Delete your data

Delete local data directly on your device. If sync was enabled and you want cloud copies removed, email builtwrightapp@gmail.com from the email associated with your license.

Access and corrections

Need a copy of your synced data or need to correct something? Email us and we will take care of it.

Sharing and security.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We share it only with service providers who help run sync, updates, email delivery, or payment processing, and strictly for those purposes.

How we protect it

Local-first storage on your device. When sync is enabled, encryption in transit and row-level database security protect your data. Updates are cryptographically signed. We recommend using a device passcode and keeping backups.

Legal requests

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or integrity of the service. We will do so only to the extent required.

Where data is processed

Our primary processing is in the United States. If you access the service from outside the U.S., your data may be transferred here for sync and backup purposes.

Retention and children.

How long we keep things

Local data stays on your device until you delete it. Cloud copies persist as long as your account is active or until you ask us to remove them. Minimal update and diagnostic logs may be retained for a limited period for security and debugging.

Children

BuiltWright is a business tool designed for working professionals. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the app or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the date at the top and post the new version here. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.

Yes. Every feature works without internet. Sync is optional and user-controlled.

Who are your infrastructure providers?

We use reputable providers such as Supabase for database and sync services. We choose providers that support encryption in transit, row-level security, and strong access controls.

What happens to my data if I stop using the app?

Your local data stays on your device. It is yours. If you had sync enabled and want cloud copies deleted, email us and we will remove them.
